We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Should your purchase not fit the way you thought it might, we will exchange or issue a credit note for items returned (at your cost) provided;
Menzclub does not provide refunds on change of mind purchases.
In the case of an exchange, simply send back the item (at your cost) and we will send out the exchanged purchase. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Prior to a refund or exchange being granted, the returned item(s) with be inspected by one of our team members. We reserve the right to refuse a return is the above has not been adhered to.
Returning Merchandise By Mail
Should you wish to exchange your purchase, return the item including the invoice (which you received with the parcel) to the following address. On the back of the invoice enclosed with your purchase, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit note.

Returning Merchandise In Store
Alternatively you are welcome to exchange your item, at one of our stores. However, due to stock availability, certain products may not be available at particular stores. We recommend contacting us before hand. Please make sure that when exchanging an item in-store that you have your original receipt and the method of payment used for the purchase.
Provided you have proof of purchase, we will only refund in accordance with the current legislation.
Unless in accordance with the current legislation, we will not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale or discounted items. Please note both gift vouchers and credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can they be used for a lay-by payment.
