We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

If something isn't quite right, or you've simply changed your mind - we are pleased to offer same-store returns for up 7 days when proof of purchase is provided.

All items must remain in their original and unaltered condition, with all swing tickets and tags attached. For in-store purchases, we can offer a store credit for the full amount or exchange of equivalent value.

We understand online shopping can be a little tricky.

Should your purchase not fit or look the way you thought it might; we are please to accept returns provided;
- The items are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- You have the proof of purchase.
- Item(s) are in original unworn condition, with all labels/tickets attached.
- There have been no alterations or modifications made to the garment.

Ties, Pocket squares, tie clips and cufflinks cannot be returned. We will not accept change of mind returns on sale items.

Online orders eligible for return can be exchanged or provided a full refund to your original payment method.

Items returned will need to be sent back via post (at the buyers cost). Menzclub is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

In the case of an exchange, additional delivery charges may apply.

Returned item(s) will be assessed by our team to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 5 business days. Menzclub reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
