Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, we've included a size guide for most products.

Alternatively you can refer to our 'What is my size?' feature, located on the product page for the selected products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How much is shipping?

For orders within Australia, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100. Otherwise a $10 shipping charge applies.

We also offer express shipping, and the cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we are pleased to ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I return my order?

As a valued client, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We understand ordering online can sometimes be difficult. We've done our best to represent each product as accurately as possible. Therefore this policy applies to online purchases only. For in-store purchases, refer to your receipts.

Should your purchase not fit or look the way you thought it might; we are please to accept returns provided;
- The items are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- You have the proof of purchase.
- Item(s) are in original unworn condition, with all labels/tickets attached.
- There have been no alterations or modifications made to the garment.

Please note: Ties, Pocket squares, tie clips and cufflinks cannot be returned.

How do I return my order?

In the case of return please reach out to us at contact@menzclub.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Our team will be in touch with the next steps.

Items returned will need to be sent back via post (at the buyers cost). Menzclub is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

In the case of an exchange, additional delivery charges may apply.

Returned item(s) will be assessed by our team to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 5 business days. Menzclub reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
